Welcome to the Delta Psi Chapter of Alpha Chi Omega at UCSB!

My name is Lisa Michelucci and I am currently president of the Delta Psi chapter of Alpha Chi Omega here at UCSB. I want to personally encourage you to take a look through our website to gain further insight and information on what our chapter is about. I went through recruitment during fall of 2009, my freshman year. It was one of the best decisions I have made thus far here at UCSB. Being in a sorority has not only opened up numerous doors to friendships, gorgeous housing, and philanthropies, but also the opportunity to network with a wide range of individuals throughout Greek life, including alumni. When I first came to UCSB I was unsure about rushing, let alone one day being president. However, as I continued to go back to Alpha Chi Omega throughout the week, I felt more confident that I would not change who I was to fit a certain mold, because in our house there isn't one. Each member is incredibly diverse and brings a unique quality to our sorority. I hope each and every one of your recruitment experiences will be as wonderful as mine was, and I look forward to meeting you all in the fall!
